Conveyor emergency repair

Recieved a call about a mesh drive belt wasnt running, arrive on site the same day to investigate and found not only the mesh conveyor drive roller needed changing but the exit conveyor bearings was failing.

Unfortunately due to manufacture lead times, new roller are not available until well in to the new year, so we began welding up the shafts ready and ordered new bearing from a local suppliers.

After we welded up the shaft we then set about felttleing the shafts down to 25mm to fit the new bearings. 

Machine was back up and running and shrink wrapping doors in just 5hours thanks to this repair, we will back in the new year to fit the drive roller and new mesh belt.
