Homag glue leakage, strip down and refurbishment

Call out to a homag double edgebander, customer reported glue roller wasnt going around and they had a glue leakage due to a faulty glue level sensor, on arrival to site we came to the machine removed the glue pot to investigate the extent of the problem.
After removing and cleaning to glue of the machine we took the drive off and found the chain drive was caked in glue and was unable to move.
We replaced the chain and did a full check on all the components and replaced what was agreed with the customer, the gluepot was taken away by us for refurbishment and we fitted a pot of the customer shelf then made sure the machine was set and applying the tape a glue to the customer's satisfaction before leaving site.
Removed glue pot was returned to customer fully tested and ready to put on the machine.
