SCM Accord Call Out
Final call out of the year was a customer reporting a problem with theyre SCM router, upon arrival we went straight to machine, we found the machine operating software (panelmac) was showing the faults below.
Machine was showing panel reference sensor not ok, thankfully the machine diagnostics does point you in somewhat of a direction but not very clear so we are glad we have the experience to know where to start.
We found the issue was coming froma Reed switch on the piston which brings up the actuator for the panel position during the loading procedure, machine was back up and running in just over 1hr and we was asked by the customer to stay for another 1hr to make sure everything was fine before we left.
